About Us
At Delhi 6, we don’t just serve food, we serve memories. Memories of evening strolls through Chandni Chowk. Of roadside stalls sizzling with tikkis and samosas. Of pav bhaji shared with friends, kulfi dripping in the summer heat, and the unmistakable taste of home.
We started this food truck with one dream: to bring the real taste of Indian street food to the streets of Australia. No shortcuts. No watered-down flavours. Just the same bold masalas, crispy bites, buttery pavs, and chilled faloodas that you’d find in the gullies of Bombay, Delhi, Amritsar, or Lucknow.
